A: iOS 10 (32-bit devices like iPhone 5, iPad 4) has slightly better luck, but still, the last compatible version is your only official route. The same limitations apply.
If you get errors like “Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service” after installing the last compatible version, it means Netflix has finally deprecated that app build on their server side. At that point, no IPA link will help you.
