Rohini's grandmother, Dadiji, had been her earliest inspiration. A master cook in her own right, Dadiji had spent years perfecting the art of traditional Indian cuisine, from the intricate preparation of Moghlai biryanis to the simple, yet soulful, flavors of everyday sabzis.
