As trans activist and icon Laverne Cox famously said, “We are in a moment where we are redefining what it means to be a man and what it means to be a woman. And that’s exciting.” For the entire LGBTQ community, and for anyone who has ever felt outside the lines, that future begins by standing with the trans community—not as a footnote, but as the heart of the matter.
